easy access laundry facilities short walk spacious room
The covered parking offered easy access. Laundry facilities were available. I used them. The location allowed a short walk to town. My room felt very spacious, MUCH appreciated after a long day of travel.
The tv feed kept dropping out, so I could not properly relax.

The breakfast included a buffet with many options. The selection included both hot and cold dishes. I saw fresh fruit and pastries available at the buffet.

Parking was offered in a covered area for hotel guests. Laundry services were available . The grounds looked well-kept though some areas seemed a bit dated.

I found the staff helpful and friendly . Staff kindly heated up soup for me, as my room had no kitchen. Front desk staff answered questions promptly and efficiently.

The superior 2 queen lake view room was spacious. It included comfortable beds. The balcony provided good views of the lake. Room amenities were complete and well-kept. Free parking was available, depending on availability. The spa pool was accessible. Staff changed our room for a better lake view which i greatly appreciated. The laundry facilities were cheap and useful.

the housekeeping quality met my expectations .
I was disappointed by the lack of room service. It was not available . not having this service impacted my plans after a long journey. this made it difficult to relax in my room, a major drawback for me..
